Relationship Officer

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated freshers to join our dynamic home loan sales team. In this role, you will work out in the field to connect with potential homebuyers, builders, and property agents. Your main goal is to pitch our home loan products and guide customers through their dream home buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

Build Networks: Meet local builders, property dealers, and real estate agents to get customer leads.

Customer Meetings: Pitch home loan schemes to interested buyers and help them choose the best plan.

Document Gathering: Collect initial KYC, income files, and property documents from the client.

• Excellent speech and negotiation skills.
• High energy, confidence, and a positive attitude.
• Strong desire to work outdoors and meet new people daily.
• Basic understanding of financial terms is a plus, but not mandatory.
