Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Home Loan Sales team. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship building, and supporting business growth through effective sales activities. Training and guidance will be provided to help candidates succeed in the housing finance domain.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Explain Home Loan products to customers, including eligibility and documentation.
Assist customers in completing applications and coordinate with internal teams.
Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and build a career in housing finance.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to work in field sales and meet clients regularly.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must be a Graduate.
Candidate should reside within a 10 km radius of the assigned branch/location.
Candidate must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
