Position: Relationship Officer(Field Sales) HL & LAP
CTC: Up to 3.9 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through field sales.
- Source customers via DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers, and direct marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, explain loan products, and guide customers through the loan process.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure timely login, sanction, and disbursement of loan cases.
- Cross-sell other banking products wherever applicable.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 14 years of experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, or Retail Asset Sales.
- Experience in field sales with a robust local market network.
Preferred Background: Candidates from banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), or mortgage sales organizations with hands-on experience in HL/LAP field sales. .
