Job ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets by sourcing, servicing, and logging home loan business.Acquire new clients for Affordable Housing Loans.Build a builder network for easy file movement by obtaining APS clearance.Map area/geography at regular intervals with supervisor, identifying new sources in the allocated area/geography.Manage relationships with assigned and identified sources in the allotted area/geography.Maintain sales and activity reports in the prescribed format.Determine need for appointment of a channel partner.Enhance customer experience by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.Submit complete application form, documentation, and information. .
