Key Responsibilities

** - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand release goals and features. - Manage multiple subprojects and combine them into successful application releases. - Create detailed release schedules, timelines, and milestones. - Identify and coordinate necessary resources for each release. - Determine release frequency and type. - Set clear criteria for release progression. - Coordinate activities across development, QA, operations, and other teams. - Track progress and address deviations. - Manage dependencies between teams, components, and systems. - Ensure proper test and production environments. - Facilitate go/no-go decisions. - Proactively identify and address potential risks. - Track and resolve release-related issues. - Monitor releases in production. - Communicate release status to stakeholders. - Lead release-related meetings. - Define and improve release processes. - Utilize release tools and automation. - Ensure compliance with IT policies. - Foster collaboration and mentor teams. **

Qualifications Required

** - Minimum 9 years experience in a Release Manager role, ITIL knowledge preferred. - Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps). - Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Git). - Proficiency in Version Control Systems (Git). - Experience with Deployment Tools and Cloud Platforms. - Basic scripting skills for automation. - Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools. - Proficiency in SDLC/DevOps tools (Jira, HP ALM, Confluence). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected events. - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. - Experience working with Agile/SCRUM teams.
