Release Management:Enable efficient release governanceEstablish and maintain release management processes and standardsMonitor and improve release processes for efficiency and effectivenessTrack and measure releasesDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for releasesMaintain and update release dashboardsAnalyze release metrics to identify areas for improvementSupport planning, scheduling, and controlling of releasesDevelop detailed release plans and schedulesCoordinate release activities with cross-functional teamsManage change requestsTrack change request process for releasesSupport evaluating and approval/rejection change requestsTrack timely implementation of approved changesDrive release and backlog planning and prioritizationCollaborate with product owners to prioritize the release backlogEnsure alignment between release plans and business objectivesTrack plans vs executionConducting retrospectives and RCAs when requiredWorking with various stakeholders: PMs, other segments, RD, managementProject managementTrack and follow-up on high risks projects when requiredProvide status reporting when requiredIdentify, communicate and manage risksIdentify and communicate risks to stakeholdersSupport developing mitigation plansManage dependenciesIdentify dependencies between different teams and projectsCoordinate with scrum teams to ensure smooth deliveryResolve any dependency-related issues that ariseSkills and knowledge most relevant to the job:
Proven ability to Drive and coordinate to accomplish desired outcomesHigh level of organization and attention to detailExcellent facilitator, able to drive collaboration across the teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive approach to identifying and solving problemsKnowledge of Agile SCRUM software development methodologyExperience driving positive change via process improvementData savvyQualifications:
Bachelor degree plus 6-10 years of relevant experience (program/release management, software development, QA, etc.) preferably with software development or IT organizationsPrior experience with agile developmentPMI training / PMP certification would be a plusWhy PTC
