ResponsibilitiesBuild dashboards, reports, and paginated reports in Power BI using semantic data modelsDevelop reporting solutions within Microsoft FabricTranslate existing semantic models and defined business needs into meaningful reporting outputsCreate complex dashboards that help leadership determine business direction and prioritiesPartner closely with the internal IT team and the Corporate Data Architect to understand requirements and deliver solutionsSupport user acceptance testing and final delivery discussions with business stakeholders as neededWork within a highly structured data environment, with data sources and models already established in FabricLeverage data from the Gold Layer of a Medallion architectureSkillsStrong experience developing Power BI dashboards and reportsExperience building paginated reportsHands-on experience with Microsoft FabricAbility to work from semantic data modelsExperience creating complex, executive-level dashboardsStrong understanding of data modeling and reporting best practicesAbility to collaborate effectively with technical teams and architectsExperience working within a Medallion architectureFamiliarity with Gold Layer reporting environmentsAbility to improve upon or elevate existing reporting outputsCompany OverviewRobert Half provides staffing, recruiting, finance, and accounting services.
