We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ABA Billing Specialist with strong knowledge of Illinois reputed company, reputed company insurance payors, Rethink Behavioral Health, and reputed company. Position Summary The ABA Billing Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle billing process, ensuring accurate claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and compliance with reputed company and reputed company payor requirements. This role works closely with Operations, Credentialing, and Clinical teams to maintain reputed company reputed company and reduce A/R. Key Responsibilities Insurance & Claims Management Submit and track electronic claims reputed company Rethink Behavioral Health Submit reputed company claims through reputed company Process Illinois reputed company claims (including MCOs) Verify authorizations, units, and service codes (97151, 97153, 97155, 97156, etc.) Ensure claims align with treatment authorizations and session notes Accounts Receivable & Denials Monitor aging reports and maintain A/R reputed company company benchmarks Investigate and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments Submit corrected claims and appeals as needed Follow up with payors regarding outstanding balances Payment Posting & Reconciliation Post EFT, ERA, and reputed company payments accurately Reconcile payments with billed units and authorizations Coordinate with leadership regarding reputed company trends Compliance & Documentation Ensure billing compliance with reputed company and reputed company guidelines Work closely with clinical team to resolve documentation discrepancies Identify trends that may impact reimbursement Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of ABA billing experience (required) Strong knowledge of Illinois reputed company and reputed company insurance Hands-on experience with Rethink Behavioral Health reputed company Knowledge of CPT codes specific to ABA services Experience working with authorizations and unit tracking Strong reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Preferred Experience in pediatric behavioral health Familiarity with EVV requirements Understanding of credentialing workflows Experience working in a multi-site ABA organization Compensation Competitive hourly reputed company based on experience Flexible work schedule (Hybrid or Remote options) reputed company opportunity reputed company a scaling organization Why Join Colorful Minds ABA Collaborative leadership team reputed company processes and KPIs Growing organization with advancement opportunities Mission-driven culture reputed company on quality care Apply To this Job
