01Responsibilities
Process in-network and out-of-network claims efficiently and accuratelyObtain Verification of Benefits (VOBs) and ensure all coverage details are reviewedManage prior authorizations for ABA therapy servicesHandle Single Case Agreements (SCAs) and negotiate terms with insurance providersSubmit insurance contracts and manage the entire credentialing and contracting process to enroll providers with insurance networksCoordinate all front-desk billing tasks, including managing various insurance portals and direct calls to payersTrack and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely paymentMaintain compliance with insurance policies, coding requirements, and industry regulations
02Requirements
