Responsibilities
Review and approve employee travel and expense (T&E) reports to ensure compliance with company policiesServe as the reputed company contact for employees regarding T&E policy questions and submissionsProcess vendor invoices accurately and manage vendor relations to reputed company payment issuesAssist with monthly and quarterly financial reputed company processes, including preparing accruals and reconciliationsreputed company and analyze reports on T&E spending trends and compliance metrics
