They are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst-1 to manage high volumes of AP invoices, ensure correct approvals, and collaborate with colleagues on GL coding and vendor queries.ResponsibilitiesVoucher high volume of AP invoices in Oracle under multiple scenarios, including 2-way, 3-way POs, and without POsFile AP documentation and statements in Shared DriveWork with colleagues to assign GL coding where applicableResearch vendor statements and queriesReview all invoices for correct approval per company policyCollaborate with colleagues to push for receiving approval on open invoicesMaintain Outlook inbox and keep currentOther related duties as assignedSkills2-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience and education5+ years Oracle AP specific data entry experienceProficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or related programsDeep knowledge of Oracle ERPDetail-oriented with excellent organization skillsAbility to multi-task and maintain confidentialityAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, and volumeAbility to solve practical problems with limited standardizationBasic knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practicesExcellent experience with two and three-way matching POsPersonable and professional through remote communication with co-workers and suppliersExperience with Microsoft Teams and similar toolsMust be fluent in English (written and verbal)Professional attitude and organizational skillsFocus on 5 years of Oracle experience; candidates with slightly less may be considered if they have strong system knowledgePatience required to work with an overseas team and handle escalations confidentlyStrong corporate accounts payable experience requiredResponsive with a sense of urgency, open communication, creative problem-solving, ownership, and a positive attitudeBenefitsHealth and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, as well as participation in a 401(k) planCompany OverviewSystem One is a professional staffing firms.
