CareATC is revolutionizing employer-sponsored healthcare and is seeking an Associate Area Operations Director to support multiple health centers. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, meeting performance goals, and delivering exceptional patient-centered care.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operations across multiple clinics, including staffing, inventory, and resource needsHelp teams stay on track with budgets, KPIs, and performance goalsEnsure compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and AAAHC requirementsJump in to help with patient care or administrative duties when neededAssist with hiring, training, and evaluating support staffCoach and mentor team members to build a strong culture of accountability, inclusion, and growthCollaborate with the Area Operations Director to align clinic operations with organizational goals and client needsIdentify operational improvements and implement creative, cost-effective solutionsSupport clinic openings and service transitions with on-the-ground leadership and planningSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare, operations, or people leadershipWorking knowledge of healthcare performance metrics, budgeting, and process improvementStrong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindsetComfort with technology, performance tracking tools, and healthcare systemsA collaborative, hands-on approach to leadershipAbility and willingness to travel to support clinics in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OKMust reside in the Tulsa, OK or Oklahoma City, OK areaExperience with multi-site operations or health center performanceBenefitsAccess to health center services and medications at no or low cost for you and your dependents (based on location)Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Disability & Life Insurance, and a robust Wellness ProgramOpportunities for professional development and advancementCompany OverviewCareATC is a medical practice providing chronic disease management services.
