Remote Associate Director, External Manufacturing (India)

Accountabilities - Manage the introduction of new products into third-party manufacturers in the Asia Pacific region. - Develop and manage the overall new product introduction project plan with third parties. - Coordinate with cross-functional project teams during all phases of product introduction. - Oversee operational details including materials readiness, documentation, and logistics. - Conduct risk management throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate After Action Reviews to improve future commercialization efforts. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry preferred. - Minimum 10 years experience in API manufacturing. - Proven experience in managing new product introductions and technical transfers. - Strong understanding of GMP and EHS compliance. - Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios. - Ability to influence stakeholders and foster partnerships across diverse teams.
