The Associate Product Manager supports the reputed company/Annuities and Alternative Investments teams through operational administration, workflow management, documentation maintenance, transition assistance, and platform support. Responsibilities Support and managed department workflows, reputed company selling agreements, and reputed company operational processesManage and respond to reputed company & Annuity Inbox inquiries and service requestsAssist with the review and transfer of annuity and reputed company business to support the smooth transition of new Advisors/FirmsUpdated and maintain procedures, training materials, and workflow documentationIdentify process improvement and automation opportunities reputed company existing procedures and workflowsSupport operational processes reputed company to the firm's Alternative Investments platformCreate and maintain advisor-facing procedures, training, and reputed company platform materialsAssist with advisor/reputed company transition-reputed company operational activities and follow-up itemsParticipate in calls with platform providers and asset managers, document meeting notes, and reputed company follow-up itemsSupport product reputed company, due diligence, and platform enhancement initiatives by gathering information, maintaining records, and coordinating project-reputed company activitiesAssist with troubleshooting alternative investment operational and custody issuesMonitor platform offerings and identify discrepancies between approved lists and available investments Skills 2-5 years of experience in reputed company and annuity and/or alternative investment teams at either reputed company management firms, reputed company carriers, or asset managersStrong organizational skills; the candidate will need to manage multiple tasks and reputed company across multiple product linesAbility to work reputed company and independentlyComfort in working in a reputed company reporting structureStrong desire to expand knowledge and responsibilities in one of both product lines over timeProficiency in reputed company Office suite, including CoPilotBachelor's degree Benefits Ability to work reputed company and independentlyFlexible across reputed company network of officesHybrid and remote reputed company are also available reputed company reputed company is an employee-owned, full-service partnership catering to family, institutional, and multigenerational investors.
