Responsibilities
Administer health and welfare benefit plans (medical, dental, reputed company, disability, life insurance) and ensure accurate enrollment and eligibilityServes as a subject matter expert for Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and claimsMaintain compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) and support auditsPartner with vendors and carriers to resolve issues, monitor service reputed company, and ensure accurate data exchangeAssist in benchmarking benefits against industry standards and support recommendations for program enhancementsreputed company employee communications and resources to promote understanding and engagement with benefits programsRespond to escalated employee inquiries and reputed company guidance on reputed company benefit issuesCollaborate with HRIS and IT teams to maintain and optimize benefits systems and self-service toolsSupport wellness initiatives and contribute to global benefits reputed company as neededIdentify process improvements to streamline administration and enhance employee experience
Skills
