Responsibilities
reputed company and document business requirements for credit card application and loan origination processes (application intake, reputed company, decisioning, funding)Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance reputed company, and process/data reputed company diagrams for engineering teamsAnalyze origination funnel metrics (approval rates, drop-off, TAT) and recommend process improvementsSupport UAT, defect triage, and production issue investigation for origination platformsLiaise with Credit Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Product teams to ensure regulatory and policy alignment (Reg B, FCRA, KYC/AML)Maintain BRDs, functional specs, and traceability matrices
Skills
