The Client Engagement Senior Associate, Tax Operations plays a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring efficient service delivery and enhancing client experience through proactive relationship management and process optimization.ResponsibilitiesBilling support including WIP (work in progress) analysis and invoice preparationD365 entry/maintenanceNew client set up and risk assessmentsDrafting engagement contracts for new projects using Icertis of other software. Submission to DocuSign for delivery to clients and monitoring statuses through softwareReporting, with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and consistency across the portfolioMonitoring/generating reports, upcoming deadlines or project complexities to flag risksLead adoption of core systems (e.g., D365, SharePoint, Icertis, and AI-enablement tools)Use sound judgment and business insight to navigate complex issuesProactively identify risks and resolve operational roadblocks with minimal escalationBuild and maintain strong relationships with client service leaders Anticipate their needs, communicate proactively, and adjust support models to meet evolving expectationsIdentify and implement opportunities for workflow optimization and standardizationPartner with peers and leadership to scale repeatable best practicesSkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in professional services, client operations, or project coordinationideally within a matrixed or consulting environmentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and firm systems including D365, SharePoint, iCertis, and QvidianComfortable navigating new technologies and AI-enhanced toolsDemonstrated strength in process execution, documentation accuracy, and workflow management.
