Job Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Analyst to join our growing reputed company team in a remote reputed company. As a Collections Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Accounts Receivable function, including collections, dispute reputed company, and customer care. Key Responsibilities
Administer collection of past due invoices primarily through calls and emails
Research and resolve invoice/payment repayment discrepancies, past due invoices, credits, and on-account cash
Investigate credits for pricing discrepancies and questions
Resolve line and general inbox customer inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Monitor customer misconduct and report material payment delays to the immediate supervisor
Continuously assess the processes and systems used and propose informed suggestions for improvements
Maintain accurate, organized, and complete customer records to support exceptional customer service
Requirements
Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
Bachelor's degree in Finance/reputed company
3 years of collection experience in a shared service environment supporting reputed company American clients
Proven track record of successfully managing collections and reducing AR aging balances
Advanced communication skills
Advanced reputed company skills
