This role involves complex underwriting and portfolio management responsibilities, supporting specialists in assessing credit risk and structuring commercial loans while conducting financial analysis and monitoring portfolio performance.ResponsibilitiesConduct financial spreading and risk rating analysisPerform detailed credit due diligence and industry researchPrepare annual and periodic credit reviewsMonitor borrower performance and track financial covenantsRecommend risk rating adjustments based on financial trendsAssist Credit Products Specialists in structuring new loans and modificationsPrepare internal credit approval memorandaConduct market and collateral analysisReview and interpret due diligence reportsPartner with Relationship Managers to prepare financing-related pitch materialsWork closely with RMs, Credit Officers, and Credit Products Specialists to provide data-driven insightsParticipate in client discussions and presentations as neededContribute to process improvement initiativesContinue professional development through credit training programsSupport policy updates and regulatory compliance effortsPerforms special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as requiredConsistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.
