They are seeking an Application Support Analyst to partner with credit reputed company leaders, configuring, training, and launching their new core systems while ensuring a smooth transition during the implementation process. Responsibilities Analyzes the customers existing products/processes and consults with customer to map existing system to the JHA productPrepares the customer for the installation, takes the customer through the installation process, and provides training or support to the customer post-installationOversees/performs system set-up for customer (i.e., parameter/default set-up, creates job files for processing, etc.). Ensures reputed company business processes will run on softwareProvides software support/guidance by answering questions on function, features and usage of software products. Support may be at the customer site or remoteCommunicates the customers needs/expectations with programmers, other team members, and team leaderMaintains effective communication with customer throughout entire project/caseIdentifies/maintains customer issues and ensures reputed company reputed company.
