Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the reputed companyline ambassador for arenaflexs cardholder community. Your daytoday duties will include:
Answering inbound calls from cardholders with professionalism, reputed company, and a solutionsoriented reputed company.
Maintaining accurate, uptodate customer records in our secure, reputed companybased CRM system.
Resolving inquiries ranging from balance checks and payment processing to dispute investigations and fraud alerts.
Authorizing sales transactions, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Building lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal partners by delivering consistent, highreputed company service.
Identifying opportunities to crosssell or upsell additional arenaflex products that meet the customers financial needs.
Participating in regular training sessions, performance reviews, and reputed companyassurance audits to continuously improve service delivery.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
At least 6 months of customer service experience in any industry, or equivalent experience gained through military service.
Ability to satisfy the requirements of reputed company 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance reputed company (details provided during the hiring process).
