Key Responsibilities

- Prior Healthcare Claims experience is a must!
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (calls)
- Provide accurate information related to appointments, billing, insurance, or general healthcare queries
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards
- Verify customer identity before sharing any information
- Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system
- Escalate issues as per defined processes when required
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach

Qualifications Required

- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance (mandatory)
- Willingness to work night shifts (Anywhere between 6 PM 6 AM IST)
- Must have own Windows 11 laptop
- High-speed and stable internet connection
- Quiet and professional work-from-home setup
As a preferred qualification, prior experience in US Healthcare customer support, understanding of US healthcare terminology, dual monitor setup, and experience in healthcare voice or non-voice BPO processes would be advantageous.
