Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Communication: Answer highvolume telephone calls from patients, prescribers, insurance companies, pharmacies, and internal partners. reputed company reputed company, empathetic assistance, reputed company required information, and resolve inquiries promptly.
Intake Coordination: Review incoming referralswhether received by phone, fax, or prescriber web portalto verify completeness and accuracy before creating a new patient record in the arenaflex database.
Data Entry & Record Management: Accurately input demographic details, insurance data, and prescription information into the electronic health record (EHR) system. Attach faxed documents, update existing records, and maintain data reputed company at reputed company times.

Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).

Demonstrated ability to type at least 35 words per minute with high accuracy.
