As a Dental Billing Success Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dental billing services to our clients, including insurance verification, patient billing, and claims submission. With your expertise and our proprietary technology platform, you'll help dental practices streamline their billing processes, reduce administrative burdens, and focus on what matters most - providing top-notch patient care.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
At least 2 years of hands-on dental, orthodontic, or oral surgery insurance billing experience, with proficiency in dental claim submission, insurance payment posting, and contractual adjustment posting
Experience with at least one dental practice management software and a dedicated PC or Mac with high-speed internet
Strong self-direction, goal-setting, and independent work skills
A passion for persistently working with insurance claims and a commitment to helping offices collect 100% of what is rightfully owed
