Ensure the complete collection of all outstanding balances Present accurate claims within 24 hours following the audit process Conduct follow-ups on aged claims at 14-day intervals Reduce the insurance aging over 90 days to zero and maintain that status Collaborate with the surgical team, verification team, and patient coordinators to relay updates regarding patients' insurance information
