Responsibilities
reputed company and lead comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies across multiple disease states, grounded in deep understanding of customer journeys, unmet needs, channel preferences, and engagement behaviorsDesign and orchestrate integrated customer experiences across digital and non-digital channels, including websites, email, CRM, reputed company media, reputed company media, virtual and live events, video/webcasts, field enablement tools, and other emerging channelsPartner closely with HCP marketing, patient marketing, and reputed company teams to ensure omnichannel plans align with brand reputed company, launch plans, and lifecycle management objectivesLead the planning, execution, and optimization of omnichannel campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, personalization, content reputed company, and channel mix reputed companyreputed company development and governance of omnichannel content and assets, ensuring consistency of messaging, efficient reuse of content, and alignment with reputed company content strategiesManage media and channel reputed company in partnership with agencies, including reputed company, owned, and reputed company media planning and optimizationreputed company data, analytics, and insights to measure performance across channels, generate actionable insights, and continuously optimize engagement strategiesCollaborate with analytics, CRM, and marketing operations teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to assess omnichannel effectivenessLead agency partners and vendors responsible for omnichannel execution, media buying, marketing technology enablement, and content developmentContribute to the development and reputed company of marketing technology capabilities (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, personalization platforms) in partnership with IT and reputed company operationsEnsure compliance with regulations reputed company to promotion, advertising, off-label use, data privacy, patient safety, and other applicable pharmaceutical marketing requirementsSupport patient engagement initiatives and advocacy partnerships as part of a broader, integrated omnichannel reputed companyOther duties as assigned
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or reputed company fieldAt least 15 years of experience in marketing, omnichannel, digital marketing, or reputed company roles reputed company the biopharma industry. Alternatively, at least 12 years of experience with a Master's degree would be consideredDemonstrated experience developing and executing omnichannel strategies across multiple audiences and reputed companyProven track record of successfully supporting product launches and lifecycle management through integrated marketing approachesStrong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders without reputed company authorityDeep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and marketing technology ecosystemsExperience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and reputed company project timelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of FDA regulations and the pharmaceutical promotional environmentMaster's degree preferredExperience in rare disease and/or endocrinology highly desirable
