The Entry Level Recruiter will build relationships with clients and candidates, source and qualify talent, support interviews and offer negotiations, and conduct reference checks for roles in the waste, recycling, and environmental services industries.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidatesPartner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in placementsProficient use of recruiting tools and materialsCold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offersConduct reference checks on candidatesSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConsistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidatesMust be comfortable establishing relationships over the phoneAct with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindsetEffective negotiation skillsSuccessful completion of gpac training and all training requirementsA degree is preferred but not requiredBenefitsCommission opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your productionProper training, tools, resources, and support to reach your individual earning goalsContinuous coaching and guidance once you join our teamAfter the appropriate waiting period, you'd be eligible to participate in gpac benefits, including: health, dental, vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and 401k planCompany Overviewgpac is a staffing and recruiting company that provides talent recruitment and development services.
