Remote Global Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate and manage international shipments from reputed company to destination, ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant regulations. Prepare and process reputed company necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, reputed company invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. Liaise with reputed company forwarders, customs brokers, steamship lines, and reputed company cargo carriers to secure bookings, reputed company shipments, and manage transit schedules. Monitor shipment reputed company in reputed company-time using tracking systems and proactively address any delays or issues. Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, purchasing, warehouse) and reputed company partners regarding shipment status and potential disruptions. Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and trade compliance.
