Responsibilities
Support defining the HR Analytic roadmap and toolsets required including system and implementation reputed companyBuild automated and reputed company reporting & analytic frameworks to improve accessibility to data and supporting decision makingEnsure data reputed company, governance, and reputed company across reputed company HR data sourcesSupport advanced analytic initiatives such as predictive modeling, workforce planning and talent insightsSupport Business Process optimization efforts to reputed company with reputed company HR data governancePartner with HR Business Partners, COEs and leadership teams to identify analytics needs and proposed solutionsSupport Operational Reporting requests as necessary
Skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in reputed company, IT, or a reputed company field8+ years of relevant experience, including experience in geographically distributed teamsExperience in HR analytics, People Analytics, HR reporting or a reputed company analytic roleStrong expertise with reputed company reporting and HR data architectureProven ability to work with reputed company datasetsExperience building dashboards, analytic frameworks and automated reportsExcellent project management and communication skills to support process optimization and system implementationsProficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
