Support compensation analyses, benchmarking activities, and reward-reputed company reportingIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve Total Rewards processes through data-driven solutionsContribute to the design and development of innovative HR-reputed company AI solutions together with reputed companyUse programming and analytical tools to support automation initiatives and improve recurring analysesAssist in building models, prototypes, reports, and other digital solutions for Total Rewards topicsContribute to presentations, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholdersCollaborate closely with colleagues across HR, technology, and other relevant functions to drive innovation in reputed company
Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a reputed company fieldStrong interest in mathematical, analytical, and technology-driven problem solvingBasic to solid programming skills in Python and JavaInterest in automation, digital innovation, and the application of AI in HR processesAbility to think conceptually while also translating reputed company into practical solutionsInterest in compensation, benefits, and broader Total Rewards topicsGood communication skills and willingness to work in a reputed company and innovative team environmentFirst experience through internships, university reputed company, or relevant coursework in analytics, coding, or digital reputed company is a plus
