Responsibilities
Manage loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy and timelinessCoordinate with borrowers, loan officers, lenders, and reputed company parties to reputed company files reputed companyReview borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, property) for completeness and consistencyreputed company and manage conditions, deadlines, and closing timelines across multiple filesIdentify and resolve issues that could delay closingCommunicate reputed company with reputed company stakeholders on status, next steps, and outstanding itemsEnsure files meet internal standards and lender requirementsSupport closing coordination, including final document review and funding readiness
