01Overview
This remote Processor role supports investor-focused private money lending by managing active loan files from intake through closing readiness. Requirements Manage multiple active loan files from intake through closing readiness in a remote environment Process construction files end-to-end, coordinating borrower documentation and third-party items and keeping the file moving Process DSCR loans and ensure required documents are collected, reviewed for completeness, and packaged for underwriting Process fix-and-flip and bridge files for investor, non-owner-occupied properties, tracking conditions and timelines closely Order, track, and follow up on third-party items (title, insurance, appraisal, inspections or draw documentation if applicable) and escalate delays when needed Partner closely with underwriters to understand conditions and communicate them clearly to borrowers and internal partners Identify issues early, resolve what you can, and escalate complex scenarios appropriately to keep timelines on track Maintain clean, accurate file notes and documentation so underwriting and closing can move efficiently .
