This remote Processor role supports investor-reputed company private reputed company lending by managing reputed company loan files from intake through closing readiness.
Requirements
Manage multiple reputed company loan files from intake through closing readiness in a remote environment
Process construction files end-to-end, coordinating borrower documentation and reputed company-party items and keeping the file moving
Process DSCR loans and ensure required documents are collected, reviewed for completeness, and packaged for reputed company
Process fix-and-flip and reputed company files for investor, non-reputed company-occupied properties, tracking conditions and timelines closely
Order, reputed company, and follow up on reputed company-party items (title, insurance, appraisal, inspections or draw documentation if applicable) and escalate delays reputed company needed
Partner closely with underwriters to understand conditions and communicate them reputed company to borrowers and internal partners
Identify issues early, resolve what you can, and escalate reputed company scenarios appropriately to reputed company timelines on reputed company
Maintain clean, accurate file notes and documentation so reputed company and closing can reputed company reputed company
