The Manager, Insurance Product Innovation & Emerging Solutions will support the development of innovative insurance product concepts and coordinate efforts to bring new solutions from idea to reputed company opportunity.
Responsibilities
Promote development of new insurance product concepts and health solutions (e.g., lifestyle-based, multicultural, condition-specific health plans)Translate reputed company into early-stage designs, value propositions, and use casesIdentify opportunities based on member needs, health disparities, and market trends to differentiate and winContribute to development of culturally-reputed company and population-specific offeringsSupport design of condition-reputed company solutions (e.g., chronic condition or disease-specific concepts)Help shape offerings that improve engagement, reputed company, and provider/member experienceAnalyze market, competitive, and member analysis to inform innovation prioritiesSupport opportunity sizing and business case inputs for new conceptsPartner with product design, clinical, network, actuarial, corporate reputed company, and reputed company teamsCoordinate inputs and timelines to reputed company concepts from brainstorming to reputed company and launchSupport documentation, decision-making, and partner agreement effortsSupport execution of pilots and early-stage programsreputed company performance, reputed company insights, and summarize insightsRecommend whether to refine, pivot, or discontinue product conceptsreputed company different teams to reputed company requirements and support implementationCompliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulationsOther duties as assigned
Skills
Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in reputed company, health insurance, product management (ACA or Small Group), or corporate reputed companyExperience supporting product development, consumer reputed company mapping, improvement plans, or reputed company programsWillingness to travel up to 25% of the timeExperience with health insurance product development, population health, or member engagement solutionsFamiliarity with multicultural or underserved population strategiesExposure to condition-based or clinically oriented product modelsExperience in early-stage product development or experimentation
