They are seeking a Manager of Inventory & Product Management to lead inventory processes and support product management initiatives across retail stores, focusing on optimizing inventory flow and improving operational efficiencies.
ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team responsible for executing inventory and product management initiatives across storesManage and optimize inventory processes including annual inventory, cycle counts, stock checks, merchandising standards, planograms, and store returnsServe as a subject matter expert on inventory systems, processes, and operational workflows to identify and implement improvementsDrive process redesign and system enhancements to improve inventory accuracy, reduce administrative burden, and increase operational efficiencyPartner with Inventory Control, and Distribution Center Operations and other teams to align on inventory strategies and executionCollaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and improved store performanceLead projects aimed at improving inventory flow, system utilization, and overall store productivityUtilize data and systems (e.g., Zebra technologies, SQL, Microsoft tools) to analyze performance and support decision-makingMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost managementProvide guidance, coaching, and development to team membersSkills
