The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for executing demand generation programs that support lead generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness, working closely with the CMO and external agency partners to manage campaigns and track results.ResponsibilitiesExecute marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, content promotion, and other lead generation channelsCoordinate campaign schedules, assets, approvals, and deployment activitiesWork with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns launch on time and according to requirementsExecute organic and paid social media campaigns, using LinkedIn and other relevant channels to build brand awareness, engage target buyer personas, promote campaign assets, and generate qualified demandSupport webinar promotion, event marketing, and trade association marketing activitiesMonitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on resultsAssist with campaign testing and optimization effortsMaintain campaign documentation, tracking, and reportingManage marketing activities within CRM and marketing automation platformsMaintain prospect and customer marketing listsSupport lead routing and campaign tracking processesEnsure accurate campaign attribution and reporting dataProduce recurring reports on marketing activity, lead generation, and campaign performanceMaintain marketing calendars and project schedulesSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field5+ years of marketing experience with direct responsibility for campaign execution and lead generation activitiesExperience supporting B2B marketing programsFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation platformsStrong organizational and project management skillsExperience coordinating multiple marketing projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with regulated industries such as trade compliance, logistics, banking, legal, healthcare, or insurance is a plusEvent marketing and webinar promotion experience preferredCompany OverviewKYG Trade operates the worlds first decentralized Trade Attestation Platform and Marketplace.
