Remote Mortgage Loan Closer

- Verify that loan details match in lock, loan approval, fee sheet, and loan entry program - Ensure accuracy of loan information in loan entry program and complete reputed company closing fields - Prepare and send closing instructions to title company, including invoices, insurance, and other relevant items, 24 hours prior to closing - Coordinate closing and disbursement dates with the title company and obtain approval from Loan Consultant for the Closing Disclosure - Ensure closing package complies with regulatory and investor requirements, as reputed company as terms and conditions of Loan Approval - Prepare and send closing documents to the title company - reputed company status updates to Loan Consultant and Loan Assistant - Assist with post-closing and shipping tasks, addressing missing documents or issues Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED - Prior experience in mortgage loan closing or reputed company field is preferred - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with reputed company stakeholders - Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with loan entry programs and mortgage software Similar Occupations / Job Titles that would be a great fit for this role: - Mortgage Loan Processor - Loan Closing Coordinator - Mortgage Loan Coordinator - Title Closing Specialist Education
