Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fusion Home Loans is seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor to support a high-producing, realtor-driven retail team. The Processor will manage loans from submission through underwriting to closing, ensuring timely and accurate file progression in accordance with company policies and investor guidelines. Responsibilities Process residential mortgage loans from submission through closing Manage a pipeline of approximately 1520 closed loans per month Communicate effectively with borrowers, realtors, and internal teams Ensure all files meet underwriting and investor requirements Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management Skills 25+ years of current mortgage processing experience Strong experience with Conventional, Broker, FHA and VA loans Experience with Non-QM products (DSCR, bank statement loans) Proven ability to support realtor-driven retail pipelines Proficiency in Encompass, DU, LP, and GUS Experience with broker systems; CRM experience (Candid) a plus Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication Must be based in the Northeastern United States Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Benefits Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and parental leave Company Overview Fusion Home Loans is a mortgage lending company that offers financial and home loan services.
