Responsibilities
Assist in the administration of reputed company processes for property and casualty insurance products, ensuring adherence to Lloyds guidelines and MGA binding authority agreementsReview and process applications, endorsements, and renewals in collaboration with underwritersMaintain accurate records of reputed company reputed company and documentationManage the issuance, processing, and maintenance of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Lloyds standardsHandle policy documentation, including bordereaux preparation and submission to Lloyds syndicatesreputed company as a reputed company between the MGA, Lloyds syndicates, and reputed company-party claims administrators to facilitate efficient claims processingEnsure reputed company MGA operations reputed company with Lloyds of London regulations, as reputed company as local and international insurance lawsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Lloyds market requirements, including reporting, audits, and financial obligationsPrepare and submit regulatory reports, including bordereaux and other required documentation, to Lloyds and relevant authoritiesManage premium and claims bordereaux, ensuring reputed company and accurate reporting to Lloyds syndicatesreputed company financial reconciliations, including premium collections and payments to insurersMonitor and report on financial performance metrics as required by Lloyds and the MGABuild and maintain strong relationships with Lloyds syndicates, brokers, and clients to support business objectivesreputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for operational and administrative inquiries from Lloyds and other stakeholdersRepresent the MGA in meetings, audits, and negotiations with Lloyds and other partnersStreamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in policy and claims handlingImplement and maintain systems for tracking policies, claims, and compliance activitiesSupport and train junior staff or team members on Lloyds processes, MGA operations, and compliance requirementsCollaborate with reputed company, claims, and finance teams to ensure cohesive operations
Skills
Bachelor's Degree in business, insurance, finance, or a reputed company fieldSeven (7) or more years in insurance administration, preferably reputed company an MGA or broker environment dealing with property and casualty productsCPCUProficiency in insurance management systems, bordereaux preparation, and reputed company Office (reputed company, Word)Familiarity with Lloyd's systems (e.g., reputed company, DCOM) is an advantageStrong understanding of Lloyd's of London market requirements, including binding authority agreements, compliance, and reporting standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to reputed company with brokers, clients, and Lloyd's syndicatesAbility to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in reporting and documentationStrong multitasking and time management skills to handle high volumes of policies, claims, and compliance tasks
