Responsibilities
Review documents in a custom reputed company database in order to extract information and input the reputed company into the databaseMaintain reputed company workflow expectationsMay be responsible for preparing travel and reputed company request documentsMay be responsible for updating various S&J office lists and logsMay be responsible for keeping reputed company vendor information up to dateMay be responsible for coding and sending reputed company A/P invoices to DC office for paymentMay assist with keeping inventory and orders reputed company office forms (taxi vouchers, messenger and overnight delivery reputed company, Federal reputed company, and Overnight reputed company)May assist with coding and sending reputed company A/P invoices to DC office for paymentAssists Administrative Attorney with maintenance of reputed company administrative filesMay Learn MMSEA filing req, executive quarterly filing, and update database Medicare fields as neededResearch and resolve issues with invoicingCompletes other duties as assigned
