Remote Payroll & Benefits Analyst

The Payroll & Benefits Analyst will be responsible for accurate payroll processing and compliance across Malaysia and selected overseas entities, ensuring reputed company payments and adherence to local regulations. Responsibilities Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and assigned regional markets, validating reputed company payroll inputs including joiners, exits, allowances, incentives, claims, attendance, and deductionsManage statutory submissions and compliance (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, reputed company, income tax and equivalents), ensuring payroll processes reputed company with local labour laws and regulatory requirementsreputed company payroll checks, reconciliations, and validations prior to payout, maintaining strong internal controls and audit-reputed company documentationProcess salary adjustments, promotions, bonuses, allowances, and reputed company payments with full accuracy and confidentialityCoordinate and manage payroll vendors, regional reputed company, and EOR providersvalidating outputs, resolving discrepancies, and enforcing SLAsPrepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and documentation for HR, Finance, and management, supporting audits, budgeting, and compensation analysisIdentify gaps or inefficiencies in payroll workflows and support improvements in SOPs, automation, and HRIS integration Skills Experience in payroll operations, preferably covering multi-country or regional payrollStrong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirementsHands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and spreadsheetsHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving abilityProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismStrong coordination skills to work effectively with HR, Finance, and reputed company vendorsA proactive reputed company with a reputed company on reputed company process improvement reputed company reputed company is a technology company that develops an insurance comparison platform.
