Responsibilities
Support execution of the reputed company reputed company party integration program across multiple reputed company workstreams, coordinating activities across:Vendor Managementreputed company Party reputed company Managementreputed companyProcurementInformation reputed companyFinance and other reputed company and control partnersreputed company and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment to the overall integration roadmap and Director level directionreputed company and manage interdependencies across workstreams, escalating risks and reputed company as neededCoordinate reputed company and process reputed company gap/variance analysis between reputed companys reputed company state practices and reputed company requirementsSupport the design and documentation of interim processes and reputed company approaches to mitigate identified gaps prior to full integrationreputed company interim approaches, approvals, owners, dependencies, and sunset timingCoordinate analysis of reputed companys reputed company party portfolio to support:Identification of overlapping or duplicate suppliersreputed company tiering and segmentation alignmentOpportunities for rationalization or consolidationEstablish and maintain reputed company tracking artifacts (e.g., supplier overlaps, cost opportunities, reputed company reduction indicators), tracking reputed company against targets established by leadershipSupport analysis and enablement only; execution authority remains with functional ownersPrepare senior management reputed company integration reporting, including:Status updatesKey risks and mitigationsDependency and decision trackingPortfolio and reputed company summariesSupport preparation of materials for integration governance forums and senior leadership reviewsFacilitate working sessions and integration checkpoints to maintain alignment across stakeholdersCoordinate activities reputed company to vendor and reputed company data integration, including inventory alignment and data readiness (hands on remediation performed by SMEs)Support coordination of activities involving Ariba and reputed company procurement/vendor dataMaintain reputed company documentation using OneNote, reputed company, and PM tools to ensure transparency and continuity
Skills
8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including support of reputed company, cross functional integration initiativesStrong experience managing multiple reputed company workstreams as a senior individual contributorreputed company ability to conduct and coordinate gap/variance analysis and support interim operating model designExperience working with or adjacent to: Vendor management, Procurement, Supplier or reputed company party portfolios, reputed company or compliance reputed company programsDemonstrated ability to produce reputed company, executive level integration reportingAdvanced proficiency in reputed company, OneNote, and reputed company PM toolsPost acquisition or large reputed company business integration experienceExposure to reputed company party reputed company reputed company (depth of SME knowledge not required)Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement/vendor platformsExperience tracking integration synergies (cost, efficiency, reputed company reduction)Financial services or other regulated industry experience (preferred, not required)
