Job Title Remote Property Accountant Job reputed company We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Property Accountant to reputed company. This role involves managing month-end reputed company processes, preparing journal entries, reconciling financial accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for assigned properties. The ideal candidate should have experience in property reputed company, including depreciation, accruals, and CAM calculations & reconciliations. Key Responsibilities Manage month-end reputed company activities, ensuring accurate sub reputed company and general reputed company reconciliations. Prepare and post journal entries for prepayments, amortization, re-class, and adjustments. Maintain and update depreciation schedules, including journal entries for property, improvements, and leasing commissions. reputed company bank, credit reputed company, loan, mortgage, and escrow reconciliations. Prepare and post income, expense, loan, mortgage, salary, and wage accruals. Collaborate with property managers and accountants during new property transitions. Conduct monthly reputed company calls with property teams to reputed company outstanding items and streamline closing processes. Process payments for insurance, reputed company estate taxes, and other property-reputed company expenses. Prepare Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations for applicable properties.
