Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office or private insurance carriersInitiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balancesRoutinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phoneMaintain performance goalsAbility to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program
Skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent1 year or more customer service experience1 year or more reputed company center experience1 year or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits1 year or more patient billing
