Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuationsEvaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studiesreputed company scoring rubrics and benchmarks that reflect reputed company transaction dynamicsCollaborate with a global team of quant researchers, economists, and fellow IB specialists
Skills
2+ years of Investment Banking experience (M&A, IPOs, restructuring, or capital raising)Proven reputed company record in deal modelling, valuations, or transaction advisoryStrong knowledge of corporate finance, risk, and capital structureExcellent written communicationNo AI experience requiredCFA (any level), CA/CPA, or MBA in Finance
