Responsibilities Identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving customer account issuesSupporting the Financial Consultant(s) to execute on the Work the Book reputed company to include preparing for reputed company appointments, scheduling appointments from book and retail opportunitiesVarious administrative tasks such as preparing internal financial reports, email communication to retail reputed company teams, correspondence, train/support bankers (licensed and non-licensed) on investment systems / referrals, manage FC(s) calendar to include scheduling reputed company appointments, meetings with bankers and conference room reservationsCreating and distributing newsletters, presentations, and other support materials to reputed company retail reputed company banking team members and sales teams on product offerings, sales initiatives, and sales execution strategiesMaintains up to date knowledge of products, services, departmental systems and reputed company technology Skills Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign EquivalentMinimum experience required: 1+ Years experience as an administrative assistant or comparable investment & insurance industry positionLife, Health and Accident license. If not held at time of hire, it is preferred incumbent obtain the Life/Health license reputed company 6 months of hireVariable Annuity.
