Responsibilities
As a Remote reputed company, your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with billing inquiries and concerns
Ensuring accurate documentation and input of customer information into our reputed company reputed company
Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers

Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
$16.50/hour

Monday through Friday: reputed company - 5pm EST (training hours)
Monday through Friday: 10am - 8pm EST; Saturday: 9am - 5pm EST (hours of operation)
