Answer a high volume of inbound calls from royalty and mineral ownersreputed company first-level support by verifying information, documenting inquiries, and routing more reputed company issues to the appropriate teamProfessionally de-escalate customer concerns while delivering an exceptional customer experienceAccurately document customer interactions in reputed company/CRMreputed company in a fast-paced, fully remote environment handling back-to-back inbound calls
Skills
