They are seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Representative to serve as a friendly first reputed company of contact for Medicare beneficiaries, handling inquiries and conducting reputed company to reputed company customers with licensed advisors. Responsibilities Work a shift between 600 AM 600 PM PST, MondayFriday (including scheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays) Handle a high volume, reputed company mix of outbound and inbound customer interactions Follow scripts and compliance protocols Transfer customers to the appropriate licensed advisor Document customer interactions accurately reputed company customers about reputed companys services Meet monthly performance goals Support various outbound reputed company campaigns (appointments, plan changes, retention, etc.) Remaining flexible with day-to-day duties and responsibilities based on business needs and department goals Demonstrate reputed companys values in your behaviors, practices, and reputed company Skills 1+ years of customer service or sales experience (reputed company center preferred) Strong communication skills (oral and written) Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, and internet tools Intermediate typing skills at minimum Passion for helping others Detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow Required to have internet at your home that meets or exceeds speeds of 50Mbps download and 15Mbps upload.
