The role involves scheduling and confirming appointments with borrowers and clients while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and confirm appointments with borrowers, clients, and closing teams in order to meet specific scheduling and signing requirementsWork directly with team members and the scheduling management team building and maintaining relationships with borrowers, signing agents, clients, and closing teamsReview instructions to ensure scheduled appointments are accurately assignedEnter and assign scheduling requests, as necessarySend recruiting requests reputed company necessaryMonitor vendor fees to ensure fee guidelines are being met, obtain management approval for any fees exceeding company guidelinesMonitor vendor notes for performance/reject issues to ensure quality agents are being utilized, as necessaryConfirm signing appointment completion reputed company phone, fax, and/or email with borrower(s), signing agent(s), reputed company(s), and closing team(s) and update Status ScreenAdhere to reputed company company policies and proceduresMeet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by managementProficient in reputed company operating systems and internal search enginesreputed company reputed company other duties as assignedSkillsApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time reputed company and must not require sponsorship for employment reputed company status now or in the reputed companyA penchant for reputed company.
